How long will my order take?
We guarantee a 1 hour delivery at any time of night. Our usual delivery time is 30 minutes. We don't want to keep you waiting and delay the fun times!
How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made by card online as well as below
- Pay by Bank transfer and with chip & pin upon delivery
We accept all cards at no charge, this includes American Express.
Will I get a receipt?
On request, we can text you a copy of your receipt on your mobile number.
I live close to Basingstoke, do you cover my area?
Our coverage area is very flexible. Don't hesitate to contact us and find out whether we can deliver to you. The chances are we can!
Can I Pre-Order?
Of course you can, please do this by phone, or specify in the note section on your online order.
Will I need I.D?
Yes, we operate a challenge 25 policy. Any photo I.D of a sufficiently aged adult will be accepted.
